I’m Josh Stanton, an entrepreneur, educator and founder focused on helping everyday business owners use agentic AI to build faster, leaner and more autonomous businesses.
Why this work
The biggest shift in business since the internet.
I’ve spent my career building businesses online. Every major shift creates a window where small, fast-moving businesses can do things that previously required bigger teams, deeper pockets and far more time.
Agentic AI is that kind of shift.
But most business owners are still stuck between two unhelpful extremes: basic chatbots that only give advice, and overly technical AI tools that feel built for developers. I want to make the useful middle accessible.
My work is about helping founders create AI agents that understand their business, connect to the tools they already use and move real work forward.
What I believe
AI should make business simpler.
You should not need to become a developer.
Business owners should be able to explain the outcome they want in plain English, review the work and improve the system as they go.
Autonomy should grow with trust.
Start with one task. Keep a human in control. As the agent learns your standards and earns trust, expand what it can own.
